Munster Cricket Union Boys U16 completed a well-paced and controlled performance at the Richard Beamish Grounds to beat Cricket Leinster U16 Boys by eight wickets in their One Day (40 overs) fixture.
Munster skipper Yousaf Ramay won the toss, elected to bowl and their decision was rewarded as the visitors were dismissed for 75; Munster reached 78 for 2 in 13.3 overs to secure the victory.

Munster’s bowlers imposed a consistent line and length and produced regular breakthroughs. After a fragile start for Leinster (50 in 13.2 overs with six extras), Munster struck early and often.
