Limerick, Midleton & Kerry all had home advantage and made it pay with wins to progress to the next round & join UCC who had a walkover from The Nedd CC.

United Clonmel 1 (149/3) beat Limerick 3 (143/8) by 7 wickets.
In the Lisronagh Castle grounds, the home side took on Limerick in the first match, Clonmel winning by 7 wickets.
Limerick 3 (152/5) lost to Kerry Cricket Club 3 (156/7) by 3 wickets.
In the second game, Limerick lost to Kerry by 3 wickets.
Kerry Cricket Club 3 (144/10) lost to United Clonmel 1 (179/6) by 35 runs.
The day’s final game saw Clonmel close out victory over Kerry by 35 runs.
