Thursday’s Inter-Provincial Cup match between Munster Reds and Northern Knights will now be played at Pembroke Cricket Club.
The match was originally scheduled to be played at The Mardyke, but due to unforeseen weather conditions, the Cork ground will not be ready to host the match on Thursday.
“I would like to thank Cork County Cricket Club and in particular their groundsman, Matt Reed for all his exceptional hard work and effort in a bid to play these fixtures under strenuous conditions.
It’s a pity the weather has been so against in the lead up to our home fixtures! We are looking forward to playing our first home game in June vs the North West Warriors.”
